I'll be honest, for some reason the name and website made me doubt that this was a legit company. Anything with "liquidators" in the title makes me suspicious. I was worried they'd be an outfit with good prices but zero customer support. Boy was I wrong. I called 1 minute before close (my bad) to ask some questions about energy efficiency tax rebates and window performance details. The receptionist that answered was very kind and helpful. She took my info and assured me someone would call me back first thing in the morning. Bryan called me back 10 minutes later and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me answer my questions.

Return Policy on Custom Products:
All custom orders must be paid for in advance, and all custom order sales are final. Orders for these products are custom-made to your specifications(size, options, color), therefore we cannot cancel these orders once they are in production. Nor can we accept returns for custom products.
