All windows on Window Liquidators are custom-made to order. When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Please double-check all dimensions before submitting your order. Window Liquidators is not responsible for windows that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your display screen accurately reflects actual product colors and finishes.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping destination, as required by applicable law.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
We offer free freight shipping on orders over $999. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Window Liquidators is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or factors outside our control.
Inspect all deliveries for damage upon receipt. Any freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Because all windows are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on custom-sized or custom-configured windows. If you receive a defective product or a product that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at service@windowliquidators.com.
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Windows sold by Window Liquidators are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Crystal Windows or JELD-WEN). Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for specific warranty information. Window Liquidators will assist in warranty claims but is not the direct warranty provider.
Window Liquidators does not warrant that products will be free from defects beyond the manufacturer's warranty terms, or that the use of products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Window Liquidators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Window Liquidators or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
